At Second Glance

Ray came in the house all nervous this morning. He said there was a white cat under his van tires. His daughter was studying animal health technologies at the time. She went out to rescue the cat. She came in shaking her head as teenagers do to their fathers.

“It wasn’t a white cat. It was a white plastic bag!”

Lesson? As you get older, get your eyesight checked every year and whatever you do, never say anything definitively to your teenagers.
